To create your newsletter with Sendinblue, connect to the main page of the service and choose whether to fill out the registration form with your data or to log in with Google by pressing the appropriate button. Then confirm your identity via the verification email you receive, fill in the new form that is proposed to you with your personal data and those of the company and, after accepting the General Conditions and the Antispam Policy , proceed to verify the number mobile phone by entering the code you receive via SMS.

Once the registration is complete, you will access the Sendinblue dashboard , which allows you to quickly access all the tools offered by the service. First of all, however, you will be asked to complete your profile by filling out your profile form (which you have already done by registering), importing your contacts and planning your first email campaign .

MailChimp

MailChimp is also one of the free solutions you can consider for sending newsletters . If you have never heard of it before, you should know that it is an online service that allows you to create your own newsletter both by using numerous free ready-to-use templates and by creating a customized layout, with the possibility of programming the automatic sending.

To create a newsletter with MailChimp, connected to the official website of the service , click on the Sign up free button, enter the required data in the Email , Username and Password fields and press the Get started button , to receive an email to the email address e-mail mentioned above and activate your account.

Then click on the Activate account button contained in the email sent by MailChimp and, in the new page opened, put the check mark next to the item Free , to activate the free plan of the service. Once this is done, click on the Continue button and enter all the required data to complete the registration.

At this point you are ready to create your newsletter. In the main screen of your account on MailChimp, click on the Campaigns item located in the top menu, click on the Create campaigns button , enter the name of your newsletter in the appropriate field and click on the Begin button .

In the new screen displayed, all you have to do is act in each of the proposed sections: To to enter the newsletter contacts; Add from to specify the data to be shown to newsletter subscribers; Subject to indicate the subject of the messages sent and Content to choose the template to use for your newsletter and insert its content.

Sending newsletters with Google is the ideal solution for those who need to send mass communications to friends, relatives or work colleagues. With Gmail , in fact, you can create a mailing list and send multiple emails to the contacts of your interest.

If you think this is the solution that best suits your needs, first of all connected to the main Google page , click on the Login button , at the top right, and select the Google account with which you intend to create your newsletter. Once this is done, press the square icon located at the top right and select the Contacts item .

In the new open page, put the check mark next to the contacts of your interest (or press the Create contact button , to add new contacts), click on the label icon located in the top menu and choose the Create label option , then enter the name in the Create label field and press the OK button to save the changes and create the label needed to manage your newsletter.

Now, connected to the main page of Gmail , click on the Write button , to create a new message, and enter the name of the label created just now in the To field . Then specify the subject of the newsletter in the appropriate field, enter its content in the text field below and, if you wish, use the available tools ( Formatting options , Insert link , Insert photo etc.) to customize the template of the newsletter and add new items.

As soon as you have finished creating the message, click on the Send button to immediately send the newsletter. If, on the other hand, you prefer to set the date and time for automatic sending, click on the down arrow icon , select the items Schedule sending and Choose date and time , then select the date and time of your interest, click on the Schedule sending button and that’s it.

If you are wondering if it is allowed to send newsletters with Outlook , you will be glad to know that the answer is yes. In fact, the famous software for managing e-mail included in the Office suite, allows you to create groups of contacts and send mass communications.

To use Outlook to send your newsletters, start the program in question, click on the New Item item , located in the top menu, choose the Contact List option and, in the new open window, enter the name of the group you are creating in the appropriate field. Also, put the check mark next to Use Bcc to hide member information , so as not to show the email addresses of the contacts entered in the group in question.

Now, enter the contact details to be included in the newsletters in the Name and E- mail fields and click on the Save and Close button to complete the creation of the group. Once this is done, click on the item New e-mail message , type the name of the newly created group in the To: field , enter the subject of the newsletter in the Subject field and enter its content in the appropriate text field. Finally, click on the Send button , to send the newsletter, and that’s it.

As you know, Outlook is also available in a free web version and, again, you can create a newsletter. To proceed, connect to the official Outlook website and press the Sign in button to log in with your Microsoft account. Once this is done, press the squares icon , at the top left, select the People item (if you do not see it, press the All apps option ) and, in the new screen displayed, select the Groups and Owner options , visible in the bar left side.

Now, click on the item Create a new group , enter its name and description in the appropriate fields, click on the Create button , select the contacts to be included in the group in question and click on the Add button . Finally, click again on the squares icon , at the top left, select the Outlook item and press the New message button .

Then type the name of the previously created group in the To: field , specify the subject of the newsletter in the Enter subject field , enter its content in the appropriate text field and, when you are ready to send the newsletter, click on the Send button .

If you have created a site with WordPress and now you would like to create a newsletter, to allow your visitors to subscribe themselves, you can rely on one of the many free plugins for managing a mailing list directly from the WordPress dashboard: here are some of the ones I think more interesting.

Furthermore, it allows both to insert lists of subscribers manually and to create subscription forms to allow users to subscribe voluntarily. After choosing the plugin for the newsletter management that you think best suits your needs, all you have to do is access the WordPress dashboard of your site, select the Plugin option visible in the left sidebar, click on the Add new button and enter the name of the chosen plugin in the Searching plugin in progress field .

Then locate the plugin you are interested in, click on the relevant Install now button and, once the installation is complete, click on the Activate item to activate it and proceed with the first configuration.

If you have purchased a domain on Aruba with some email boxes included or if you have chosen one of the email services of the famous Italian company, you should know that you can create a newsletter and send mass emails to the contacts of your interest.

To do this, connected to the main Aruba Webmail page , enter the details of your “master” e-mail box (usually postmaster@domainname.extension ) in the Email address and Password fields and click on the Login button to log in.

Now, select the Management option visible in the left sidebar , click on the Mailing list item and, in the new open page, click on the Add button . Then enter the data in your newsletter in the fields Mailing List Name , Email address of the list manager and Prefix to be displayed in the message header , select the options of your interest in the Sending Options , Mailing List Options , Remote Administration sections. , Request for registration on the list , Request for removal from the list eArchive messages and press on Save to save the data entered.

Once this is done, press the + button relating to the Subscriber management item and choose one of the options available between Add subscriber , to manually add the newsletter contacts, and Set subscribers , to add the list of subscribers by uploading any CSV file in your possession.

Once this is done, you are ready to create your newsletter. Then access the e-mail box you want to use to send your messages, click on the New button , to create a new message, and enter the name of the mailing list ( name@domainname.extension ) you created in precedence in field A.
