Then accept the conditions of use of the program, putting the check mark next to the item I accept the terms of the license agreementand always click on Forward to complete the installation process of Free Audio Dub. During setup, put the check mark next to the item Custom installation and uncheck all items below to avoid installing additional promotional software.

To cut a song in MP3 format using Free Audio Dub, click on the button Browse placed next to the item Input file and select the file to edit, then use the time bar located at the bottom to find the point where to stop the song and click on the button Cut left (the one with the scissors icon preceded by an open square bracket). Next, bring the time bar indicator to the end of the portion to be cut (eg the end of the song) and click on the button Cut to the right (the one with the scissors icon followed by a closed square bracket). At this point, all you have to do is click on the button X to cut the selected MP3 part and save the final result by clicking on Save.

By default, the “truncated” song is saved in the same folder as the original one with the suffix CUT in the name but, if you want, you can change the destination folder of the file by clicking on the button Browse placed next to the item Output file.

To use it, all you have to do is connect to the main page of the service and select the song to edit by clicking on the button Open MP3. So wait for the file to load (it will take a few seconds) and move the two indicators which are located on the blue bar respectively at the beginning and at the end of the portion of the piece to be kept. To go back and forth on the graph, use the yellow bar placed at the top.

Once you have highlighted the part of MP3 to keep, click on the button Cutselect the folder in which to save the file processed by CutMP3.net (add the extension .mp3 at the end of its name) and wait for the “truncated” song to be downloaded to your PC. Easy, right?
