To create a newsletter with Sendinblue, all you have to do is connect to the main page of the service and register via the registration form, or by clicking on the button to log in with Google. Once this is done, open the verification email you received, click on the button to verify your identity and fill out the new form that is proposed to you with your personal data and those of your company . After this step too, check the box to accept the General Conditions and the Antispam Policy and verify the mobile number using the code you receive via SMS.
The Sendinblue dashboard will open , through which you can manage all aspects of your marketing campaigns. Initially you will be asked to complete three basic steps: fill in your profile form (which you have already done by registering), import your contacts and plan your first email campaign .
To import the contacts, go to the Contacts menu (which you find at the top), press the button to import the contacts and choose whether to upload a CSV / TXT file with the contacts or whether to copy and paste the data from an Excel file. MailChimp is one of the best free solutions to create and manage a newsletter. It allows you to schedule sending, manage subscribed users and make numerous templates available with the ability to apply customizations and changes.
To create a newsletter with MailChimp, connect to the service’s website and click on the Sign Up Free button at the top right to register. Then enter your details in the registration form, click on the Get Started option and activate your account by pressing the Activate account button contained in the email received at the address indicated above.
After completing the registration and logging into your account, presses on the Lists and Create list items to create a list of users subscribed to the newsletter. Follow the procedure for creating the list, then proceed with entering the contacts by choosing one of the available methods.
- Manual insertion : if you do not have many registered users, you can choose to insert them manually by pressing the Add contacts and Add a subscriber items . Then enter the user data to be entered and click the Subscribe button to complete the addition.
- Bulk Import – If there are hundreds of users to add, the previous solution would take too long. You can then choose to bulk import via CSV or TXT file. Then press the Add contacts and Import contacts items , select the import method you prefer between CSV or tab-delimited text file , Copy / paste from file and Integrated service and press the Netx button to proceed with the upload.
- Subscription by the user : if it is the first newsletter you create and you still do not have subscribed users, you can implement a subscription form to be inserted on your website. Access the list created just now by pressing the Lists item at the top and presses the arrow icon pointing down , then choose the Signup forms option , choose one of the subscription forms available between Embedded forms and Subscriber pop-up , apply the graphic style you prefer and insert the fields to be displayed. As a last step, copy the HTML code you see under Copy / paste into your site and paste it on the page of your site where you want to view the newsletter subscription form.
You are now ready to create your newsletter template and schedule it to be sent. Then click on the Campaigns and Create campaigns items , then click on the Create an email option , enter the name and click on the Begin button . In the next screen, click on the Add recipients item and select the list created just now, choose who to send the newsletter to and click on the Add from and Add subject buttons to enter the sender and subject of the email.
Finally, click on the Design Email item and choose the Layout or theme ( Themes ) you prefer and press the Next button . Now, customize the newsletter through the contents ( Content ) that you can insert in the email, such as Text (texts), Image (images), Button (buttons), Video , Social Share (options for sharing on social networks), Code ( code) etc .: drag them into the newsletter to add and modify them, then press the Save & Close button to save the changes.

Now, customize the body of the newsletter by pressing the pencil icon to make changes or the trash can icon to delete individual modules. Also, via the Styles button(on the right) you can set the colors of the newsletter text, links and background.
After completing the creation of your newsletter, enter the title you want to assign to it in the text field at the top, then click on the Save button to save the newsletter or on the Continue button to proceed to the next step.
In the new open page, type the email addresses of the people to whom you want to send the newsletter in the field under the heading Send to individuals , otherwise put the check mark next to the Entire audience option to send the newsletter to all the contacts previously added. Now, press the Continue button and check that the data in the form are correct, then press the Send button to start sending the newsletter or the Send later button to schedule sending.

Once you have finished customizing the template of your newsletter, press the Next button at the bottom, then enter the details of the newsletter by entering them in the Subject , Lists , Senders and Reply to fields . If you want to send the newsletter immediately, click on the Send button , otherwise put the check mark next to the Program item , enter the sending date and press the Program button .
