How to send multiple emails: Your boss has instructed you to arrange a meeting with all the employees who work in the same office as you. To avoid sending an email at a time, you have thought it well to compose a single email message and forward it to multiple recipients at the same time. The problem is that you are not very good with technology and you fear that you will not be able to do something like that.

If that’s the case, don’t worry: I can explain how to send multiple emails . I already anticipate that you can succeed in the enterprise in two different ways: by manually typing all the addresses of the recipients to send the message to or by creating a distribution list, so as to further save you the effort.

How will I send multiple emails with Gmail

To  send multiple emails with Gmail , log in to your account, press the (+) Write button  (if you use the WebMail of the service) or the pencil symbol  (if you use its app for Android and iOS ) and write the email addresses to to send the same message in the respective fields:  To to send it to everyone,  Cc  to make a copy of the recipients or  Bcc  to not let the other recipients’ addresses be known to the other people to whom you have decided to send it. Then press the  Send button or the paper airplane  symbol to forward it.

Gmail also allows you to create labels , or groups of contacts to send the same message to without typing all their addresses from time to time. To create one, go to the  Google Contacts page , locate the contacts you want to include in a label, hover your cursor over their profile photos and check the box that appears.

Then press the  Create label button on the left, type the name of the label  you want to create in the appropriate text field and press the  OK button . From now on, to send multiple emails to the users you have included in the label, simply type the label name in the To , Cc , or Bcc text field and send it as I showed you earlier. How to send multiple emails with Outlook.com

Are you going to send the same email to multiple recipients from  Outlook.com ? In this case,  log into your account, press the  (+) New Message button  and write the email addresses of the contacts you want to send the message to in the desired field:  To  if you want to send the message to everyone, Cc if you want to copy knowledge of recipients or in the  Bcc field if you want to blind carbon copy some users. To conclude the work, press the  Send button, located at the bottom, to send the message to the recipients you have selected. Simple, right?

If you prefer to act from the mobile version of Outlook, then from its app for  Android  and  iOS , all you have to do is press the pen and sheet of paper symbol at the top right, write the email addresses of the recipients you want to send deliver the message in the text fields  To :, Cc: or Bcc: and then press on the airplane symbol  located at the top right to send the message.

If you’re wondering, Outlook also allows you to create contact lists to send the same message to. To create one, click on the Applications item at the top left (the symbol of the white squares ) and press on the menu item Contacts , in the menu that appears.

You will then find yourself in front of the People section of Outlook which shows the names of all your e-mail contacts. Then press the down arrow, corresponding to the menu bar at the top and, in the menu that opens, click on the item  New contact list .

Then indicate the name of the list of contacts  you want to create, indicate the name of the contacts you want to add to the group, writing them in the text field Add people and then presses the  Create button . By doing so, when you need to send the same message to the users you included in your contact list, simply type their name in the  To , Cc or Bcc text fields .

How to send multiple emails with Libero

Do you have a Libero mail account   and would like to send multiple emails through it? No problem: connect to the Libero Mail login page , log into your account, press the Mail tab (top left), click the  Write button  and type the email addresses of the users you want to send the same message to. one of the available fields:  A  to send it to everyone, Cc to carbon copy some recipients and Bcc to blind carbon copy others (so as not to let the addresses of the other recipients know to the people to whom you send the message). As soon as you are ready to send, press the button Submit  and that’s it.

If you are using the mobile version of Libero, therefore its official app for  Android and iOS , access your email account using the latter, tap on the pen icon with the blackboard  at the top right, write the addresses of the recipients to whom you want to send the message in the text fields  To , Cc or Bcc and then presses the item  Send , located at the top right.

If you want to create a distribution list with Libero’s WebMail, so as not to have to type the email addresses of the various recipients “by hand” from time to time, press the Address Book tab at the top, open the Add menu  and click on the Add item a distribution list in the menu that opens. Then write the name of the list in the appropriate text field, add the contacts to the distribution list by writing the respective email addresses in the text field  Add a contact … and then press the  Create list button .

To send the same message to all the contacts in the distribution list, all you have to do is write the name of the latter in the To , Cc or Bcc fields and send the message. Very simple, right? As indicated on the official Libero website , it is possible to send multiple emails to up to 50 recipients at a time.

How will I send multiple emails with Yahoo!

To send the same email to multiple people with  Yahoo! , log in to your account, press the  Write button at the top left and provide the email addresses to which you want to send the message by writing them in the desired field:  To  if you want to send the email to everyone, Cc if you want to copy the recipients o  Bcc if you want to blind carbon copy other recipients. As soon as you are ready to do so, press the  Send button  at the bottom left to send the message to the recipients you have just indicated.

If you want to act from the Yahoo! for Android  or  iOS , you must log in to your account, press the pencil symbol at the bottom right, indicate the recipients to send the message to by writing their addresses in the text fields To , Cc or Bcc  and then press the  Send item that is located in the upper right corner.

If you want to create a distribution list , instead, log in again to the Yahoo! WebMail, press the  address book icon located at the top right and, on the page that opens, click on the  New list text field at the bottom left and write the name of the list you want to create.

At this point, presses the All contacts tab located at the top left, check the box next to the name of each contact you want to add to the list and press the  Assign contacts button . Finally, put the check mark on the box located next to the  name of the list  you have created and press the Done  button .

How will I send multiple emails with a client

Do you want to know how to send multiple emails using an email client ? In this case, know that to succeed you must practically follow the same instructions that I indicated in the previous lines: access, then, to your email address via your favorite client, compose the message you want to send to multiple recipients, manually type the their addresses in the text fields  To , Cc or Bcc  and then presses the  Send button . If, on the other hand, you want to create contact groups to send multiple emails to, you must follow the instructions below.

  • Microsoft Outlook – presses the symbol of the two men at the bottom left, click on the item New contact group  located at the top, presses the Add members button and select the source from which to take the contacts to be included in the new group (eg From address book ). Therefore, choose the people you want to include in the group, press the  Members button , click the  OK button , give the group a name by filling in the appropriate text field and finally press the  Save and close button . To send the same message to the users included in the group, then press the  letter symbol located at the bottom left, click on the  New e-mail message button , type the group name in the To … , Cc … or Bcc … fields and send the message by pressing the appropriate button.
  • Mozilla Thunderbird  – click on the  Address Book button , click on the New List item , indicate the name and description of the distribution list you want to create, provide the email addresses you want to add to it and then press the  OK button . When you need to send a message to the newly created list, all you have to do is type its name in the To , Cc or Bcc  fields and send the message using the appropriate forward button.
  • Apple Mail  – start the Contacts application , open the File menu and select the New group item from the File menu , then click on the All contacts tab  and drag the contacts to the [list name] tab located in the left column. You are now ready to send the email to all users included in the group: open the Mail application , click on the  New message button , write the name of the group in the To , Cc or Bcc   fields and send the message by pressing the appropriate button.

How to send multiple emails with a mailing list

The solutions I have indicated to you in the previous chapters may be fine if you need to send multiple emails to a few dozen contacts. If, however, you need to send emails to a larger number of users, I recommend that you create a mailing list , which is an email that is automatically forwarded to a specific group of people.

There are various services that allow you to do this, including the very famous Sendinblue , used daily by 100,000 users in more than 160 countries around the world. Sendinblue allows marketing professionals , startups , established companies , online shops and NGOs to send up to 300 free emails every day in full compliance with the rules of the GDPR for the processing of personal data and with everything needed to carry out successful marketing campaigns. (also via SMS and chat).

Among the many tools offered by the service, there are CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to manage relationships with customers and future customers, the segmentation automation system to send communications addressed to specific audiences, A / B tests to test the ” campaign effectiveness, advanced stats , transactional emails , engaging landing pages and signup forms , retargeting to win back old visitors, and more. Also worth mentioning are API and pluginsfor integration into numerous services and products and support for the most popular social platforms .

In addition to the basic free plan of 300 emails per day (an hourly limit can be applied to transactional emails), Sendinblue offers modular paid solutions: the Lite plan starts at 19 euros / month for sending 20,000 emails per month (without daily caps ) for 69 euros / month for sending 100,000 emails per month and also includes assistance via email (also in Italian) and the possibility of unlocking extra functions (for a fee), such as removing the Sendinblue logo from messages and testing A / B; the Premium planinstead it goes from 49 euros / month for sending 20,000 emails per month and goes up to 499 euros / month for sending 1 million emails per month (without the Sendinblue logo), includes A / B tests, Marketing Automation, Facebook Ads , Landing page, multi-user access, advanced reporting and telephone support. To create your newsletter with Sendinblue, connect to the main page of the service and subscribe by filling out the proposed form or by clicking on the button to log in with Google; then open the verification email you received and click on the button to verify your identity. Then, fill in the new form that is proposed to you with your personal data and those of your company , accept the General Conditions and the Antispam Policy and verify the mobile number using the code you receive via SMS.

You will be automatically redirected to the Sendinblue dashboard , from which to manage all aspects of your campaign. First of all, however, you will be asked to fill in your profile form (which you have already done by registering), import your contacts and plan your first email campaign .

To import the contacts, go to the Contacts menu (top), click on the button to import the contacts and choose whether to upload a CSV / TXT file with the contacts or whether to copy and paste the data from an Excel file. At the end of the procedure, you can also create one or more groups in which to insert contacts.

To create the email campaign, go to the Campaigns menu (top) instead and click on the button to create an email campaign . Then fill out the form that is proposed to you with name , subject , text preview , email and sender name , press the button to go to the next step and choose whether to use the drag and drop editor (recommended), the editor advanced text or whether to paste the newsletter HTML code. Alternatively, you can also view the Template Gallery with predefined templates orimport an external model.

Once you have created your newsletter (you can view live previews for various devices by clicking on the icons at the top left), press the button to publish it , then choose the list of recipients and set the day / time of sending .
