In case of problems
Despite my directions, still haven’t managed to redeem your PS4 code? Trying to type the code, does an error message appear that prevents you from moving forward? Then you are probably trying to use a code that is not suitable for your geographic region or that has already been redeemed.
To check the region of validity of the code, if you are using a card, look for the symbol of flag indicating the country of validity. Next, go to the page for the SEN account managementlog in to your PSN account (if necessary) and go to Account> Account details to know the Country / Region to which your account belongs. To proceed with the redemption, the country / region of the account and the country / region of the code must match.
To find out, however, if in the past you have already redeemed the code you are trying to redeem now, connect to the page for the SEN account managementlog in to your PSN account (if necessary) and go to Account> Account Details> Transaction History to view the history of all transactions carried out on your account (you can select the period to be taken into consideration via the two special menus located at the top).
