I already anticipate that the procedure to follow varies depending on whether you want to intervene from the Web interface of the Aruba PEC or through a client for managing e-mail.

Webmail

Trash PEC Aruba

If you have the habit of accessing your PEC Aruba mailbox from the browser, that is to say using the Webmail service offered by the well-known Italian company, you can try to recover deleted emails by taking a look at the Recycle Bin , or the position in which they are moved messages before being permanently deleted: if you have not emptied the contents of the Trash, you will find your messages in it.

Having said that, to carry out the operation in question, you must start the browser that you generally use to surf the Net from your computer (eg Chrome ), connect to the Webmail of the Aruba PEC and log in to your account, filling in the fields appropriate visible on the screen and pressing the Login button .

Once logged in, select the item Messages in the area located on the left and then click on the word  Trash , which you can find in the menu located always on the left. If in the Trash there is the message that you had previously deleted and that you want to recover, select it, checking the box next to the sender’s e-mail address, click on the Move to menu (located at the top) and choose the item Mail to inbox , to move the messages to the inbox, or choose another folder of your choice.

Mail client

Mac email PEC trash

If you usually manage your certified mailbox via email client (eg Outlook or Apple Mail ), in order to retrieve any messages moved to the Trash, you must do this: open the client, select your Aruba PEC account , go to the relative Trash folder and try to see if the email you are interested in is there.

If successful, in order to retrieve the message, select it, press the button , the menu indicating the current location of the email or the button marked Move and choose Inbox (or Inbox ) as the destination.

Unfortunately, I cannot be more precise with my indications, as I am not aware of the exact program for managing the e-mail you are using, nor the device you are using (computer, smartphone or tablet). In any case, in principle, the steps to be taken are the ones I have just indicated.

If you have also deleted the emails of your interest from the Recycle Bin, in the case of PC clients, you can still try to recover them using some special software used for recovering deleted data : I talked about it in more detail in my tutorial on how to recover emails. deleted.
