To begin with, connected to the Web page through which you can access the Aruba PEC boxes , then click on the Password recovery link , which you find in the box on the right and, in the new page you see, type the complete email address of your PEC mailbox in the PEC mailbox name field . In the Fiscal Code or VAT number field , instead, enter your tax code or your VAT number and click on the Continue button .

If the recovery information provided is correct, you will receive a message from Aruba on the traditional e-mail account associated with the PEC, in which there will be a link to reset the password.

So, once you have opened the message in question and clicked on the link inside it, all you have to do is type the password you intend to use in the appropriate fields on the new web page that will open. to replace the previous one.

Subsequently, you will have to click on the Save new password button , in order to confirm the data entered, and you will have to press the Go button , at the bottom of the page, to be able to log in to your PEC Aruba account using the new access data.

If, on the other hand, you have multiple PEC addresses on a domain (for example @pec. [Domain name]. If you usually manage your certified mailbox via email client (eg Outlook or Apple Mail ), in order to retrieve any messages moved to the Trash, you must do this: open the client, select your Aruba PEC account , go to the relative Trash folder and try to see if the email you are interested in is there.

If successful, in order to retrieve the message, select it, press the button , the menu indicating the current location of the email or the button marked Move and choose Inbox (or Inbox ) as the destination.

If it’s been more than 90 days since the certified mailbox expired, I’m sorry to tell you, but there’s nothing you can do as it has been deleted. If, on the other hand, less than 90 days have passed since the deadline, you can proceed without the slightest problem by adhering to one of the following practices.

  • Fast renewal – fast renewal of Aruba certified e-mails is a system accessible directly from the communication of impending expiration sent by Aruba via email. To use it, just open the message in question that you received on the traditional email address associated with the PEC and click on the link inside it.
