Keep in mind, however, that if you are tagged on a photo or if one in which you are portrayed is published and it is not protected by an adequate level of privacy, you may still be identifiable by other users. Smartphones and tablets

If you want to proceed from smartphone or Tablet, launch the Facebook app on your device Android or iOS, log in to your account, press the thumbnail of yours profile photo (to go directly to your profile) and select the card Photo found under the cover image.

Then select the photo you want to make private (in order to view it in an enlarged version), keep your finger pressed for a few seconds on it and select the item Edit privacy from the menu that appears. Finally, put the check mark next to the privacy setting you prefer (eg. Friends, Only me or More> Friends except…), tap on the item end located at the top right And that’s it.

To change the privacy of an album, however, after pressing the tab Photo, tap on the item Album, presses on album name you want to privatize, tap the button (…) located at the top right and, in the screen that opens, select the level of privacy you prefer by tapping the button All (or on the wording of the current privacy setting) and then presses on the new privacy option you want to use (eg. Only me).

I remind you that not all albums can be made private, since collections created automatically from uploads or those relating to profile photos have an unchangeable level of privacy. What you can do in these cases is simply to change the visibility of the individual photos in the albums (as I showed you a moment ago).
