How to play The Sims 4 on the PC
Before going into detail about the procedure on how to play the sims 4 on PC, it is good to go and see what are the minimum requirements to be met in order for the computer to be able to run the EA title properly. Below you will find all the information about it.
- Operating system: Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 64-bit;
- Processor: 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Athlon 64 Dual-Core 4000+ or equivalent (on PC with integrated graphics chipset, the game requires 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-62 at 2 GHz or equivalent);

- Free disk space: at least 15 GB. You also need at least 1 additional GB for personalized material and bailouts;

- DirectX version: compatible with DirectX 9.0, 10 and 11;

Purchase the game
Regarding the purchase of the game, there are clearly various possibilities. The first procedure that I am going to consider is that relating to how to play The Sims 4 without CD. In short: I’ll explain how to download the title of Electronic Arts in his digital version.
To do this, the first thing you need to do is download and configure Origin: the client that allows you to access the eponymous digital store of Electronic Arts, through which you can then download the game. Therefore, connect to Origin official site and presses on the voice Download present under theWindows icon. After that, launch the file OriginThinSetup.exe obtained and select the option Install Origin. Next, tick the box I have read and accept the Origin End User License Agreement and click on first Go on and then on Yup.
Perfect, now you just have to do the login with your account EA account, pressing up Log in and entering email address is password Associates. If you mind having to log in every time, I also recommend checking the box Stay signed in.

Once this is done, you can download the title by pressing on Get the game. However, you will be able to choose from install the game from the DVD without having to download, so in reality Origin shouldn’t create too many problems for you, despite the need to use it. Once you get into the game, you will need to familiarize yourself with the controls to start playing the Sims 4 properly.
The keys that you will probably use more often, as indeed happens in most PC games, are the classics W, TO, S, D. Indeed, the latter serve for move the view of play. For interact with the world game you have to use the mouse: just press on a person or object with which you want to interact and select the related action.
The mouse click is also used to “tell” your character to move to a specific point on the game map or to select one of the virtual buttons present on the screen. How to play The Sims 4 on Mac
As for the requirements to be met, below are the minimum ones.

- Internet connection: an Internet connection is required to activate the game.

Purchase the game
After explaining the necessary requirements to run the game, I would say that you are ready to proceed and install the game.
As for the digital version, you can also rely on the EA Origin Store client in this case. So, you must first connect to Origin official site and press on the button Download present under the Apple logo, in order to download the Origin client, which will allow you to install the game.
When the download is complete, open the file Origin.dmg obtained and drag theOrigin icon in the folder Applications by macOS. Next, start Origin, read and accept theEnd User License Agreement, enter the password of your user account on macOS and presses on Install Assistant. Perfect, now you just have to press on OK and so you will access the main screen of the client.
At this point, the procedure to follow is the same that I described to you in Windows chapter. Put simply, you just need to do the login with your EA account, search for The Sims 4 inside the shop and buy it by setting a valid payment method.
After that, to start the download, just go to My Game Library and press on Download. You may also be asked to tick the box I accept the license agreements and to press on Forward. Finally, once the title is installed, just press the button Starts to start playing.
Controls and first steps
The macOS version of The Sims 4 is almost identical to that for Windows, since we are still talking about two systems that use essentially the same keys.
This means that you just have to consult the chapter dedicated to The Sims 4 for Windows to be able to move yours first steps within the game. How to play The Sims 4 on PS4
Purchase the game

In any case, once the PlayStation 4 is correctly configured, to purchase The Sims 4, you must press the button X of the controller on the icon PS Store (shopping bag), located on the main console screen. After that, you need to select the item Search for present at the top and type “the sims 4”In the proposed research field.
