If you find them, open them up and see if you find any traces of Instagram within them: if yes, copy the OTP code that you find in the authentication app, type it in Instagram and you should be able to log into your account.

Also, if you wish, put a check mark on the item Authorize this device (from smartphone and tablet) or press the button Save the information (on PC), in order to save the login information and ensure that the device in use is trusted.
