How to download GoToMeeting on Windows

To download the program you have to open This Page with any browser and click on the button Download you see on the left. If the download does not start as soon as you connect to the page I indicated, click on the writing Try again in the browser page that opened after pressing the button Download.

At this point, open the file GoToMeeting.exe just downloaded and answer by Yup when prompted by User Account Control. The program will start to automatically download some content and install it. All you have to do is wait for the green loading bar you see in the installation window to complete. Once the installation is complete, the GoToMeeting user interface will automatically open. The latter is very simple and essential. If, on the other hand, you want to start a videoconference you will have to press the button Start meeting. In the new window you will need to enter the email address you provided during registration (read the end of the chapter Requirements and prices of this guide to know how to do it) and press the button Forwardthen type the password and press the button Log in.

You can then choose whether to join the meeting via computer or telephoneby pressing on the corresponding buttons and then on the button Save and continue. Next, hit the button OK and, if you have chosen to connect via PC, give permission to use your microphone and webcam to start the meeting.

If you prefer to use GoToMeeting directly from your browser, via the Web App, connected to This Page. Enter the email address associated with your account, press the button Forward then type in your password and press the button Log in. At this point you will have access to the control panel of your profile from which you can participate in a meeting, by entering the identification code or name in the compilation field at the top right corner and pressing the button Get involved.
