Sites to download GIFs

You can download fantastic animated GIFs not only from Facebook, but also from some websites that are real “collectors” of images. The site that I personally use most frequently to search for this type of content is Giphy. What strikes me most about this service is the well-organized interface that facilitates the retrieval of content.

To use Giphy, all you have to do is connect to the main page service, type in the search field Search all the GIFs the keywords necessary to find the images of your interest (in English) and press onmagnifying glass icon.

If you don’t want to manually search for GIFs, take a look at the ones contained in the section Trending Now to download the trending GIFs in just a few clicks. Alternatively, you can search for GIFs using the numerous categories that are located in the top bar: Reactions, Entertainment, Sports, Stickers, Artist, etc.

After deciding how to search for GIFs and, above all, after finding an image you like, you need to download it. How can you do this? Simple, just click on the button and select the size of the GIF: Social to download the GIF in a format suitable for sharing on social networks, MP4 to download the GIF in MP4 format and Small to download the GIF in a smaller format (max. 2 MB). After deciding the size at which you want to download the GIF, press the button Download.

Besides Giphy there are numerous other GIF download sites that you can visit which are just as interesting. If you want to get to know them, I recommend that you read the in-depth study I have prepared in this regard.

Note: GIFs (like all images downloaded freely from the Internet) cannot be reused for commercial purposes, unless their license explicitly allows it.
