The first of the resources used for this purpose that I want to suggest you try is called MorphThing. It is a free online service that allows you to combine two faces into one and get some very nice images to be used on forums and websites. It’s free and you can do everything from your browser window, without having to download and install anything on your computer. The only thing you need to take into account is that you need to register quickly and that the service affixes a small watermark to the generated images. Let’s see in more detail how it works.
The first thing you need to do is log in on the website MorphThing and click on the item Register that you find at the top right of the page. Then fill out the form on the page that opens, entering your e-mail address (in the fields Your Email Address And Confirm Email Address) and the password you want to use to access the service (in the fields Your Password And Confirm Password), then click the button first Join! and then on the voice here.
On the page that opens, click on the entry Upload images that you find under that My Images. Then press the button Open File / Browseselect a front photograph of you from your computer and click Upload. Now, define with the mouse your face in the photo following the instructions provided by the site (essentially you have to click first on the highest part of your face, then on the lowest, left and right) and click on the button Finish come on Continue.
The next step you need to take is to define your eyebrows in the photo you uploaded to MorphThing (by clicking on the left, middle and right sides of the latter). Continue with the eyes (always clicking on the four corners of each eye and on the pupils), with the nose (clicking at its three ends), with the mouth (selecting the four corners and the central part of the lips), with the forehead ( by clicking in the left, central and right parts of the latter) and with the mandible (by clicking two points on the left, two points on the right and one below). To conclude, press the button Finish.
Then scroll the page that opens until you get to the photo you uploaded, put the check mark next to it and click on the item Morph. Now, using the list at the bottom of the page, select the famous face you want to merge with yours. If you want, you can carry out a targeted search through the appropriate box or by category, by selecting the reference card. If necessary, select the ethnicity type of the person portrayed in the photo you uploaded using the menu on the right and then click on the purple button Morph.
Finally, wait for the site to process your images, click on the item Click here to see your image! and use the links at the bottom of the page, under the heading Share this imageto share the result obtained on the Internet.
As an alternative to the above online service, you can appeal to the use of Pixiz to combine two faces into one. This is an Internet site that provides Internet users with various tools suitable for editing and embellishing photos and images of various types and which also integrates a special tool to obtain a very convincing morphing effect (that is the one in question).
To use it, log in on This Page Pixiz and click on the buttons Select image n ° 1 And Select image n ° 2 to select the images you want to merge with each other. Then put the check mark on the box Face Detection and click on the button OK to start image processing.

Did the above resources not convince you in a particular way because you would prefer to combine two faces in one by using a much more “traditional” computer program? Then try FaceSwapper and you will see that you will not regret it. It is a software for Windows operating systems capable of mixing the facial features of the people portrayed in photos with those of other individuals. The software is based on a powerful replacement algorithm that works in several steps thus offering very accurate results. It is paid but can be used for free for a trial period.
To use the trial version of the program, connect to download page of the software you find on the Softpedia website, click on the button Download top left and then up External mirror 1 then open the downloaded .exe file on your PC. Then click on Yes / Runon Next five times in a row, come on Install come on Finish to complete the setup.
Then press on Continue and once the program window is displayed on the desktop presses on Next. Then press the button Load and select from your computer the base photo with which you want to mix another image and then click on the button Next. Now, you have to select the other photo with which to “blend” the first one. So press on the button Load to get it from the PC and click again on Next. I recommend, make sure that the photos chosen portray the subjects from the front and that their flights are clearly visible.
Now you need to define the key points of the face portrayed in the second photograph. What you have to do is drag the various points (and the relative lines) scattered on the image in correspondence of the eyebrows, eyes, nose, mouth and jaw in such a way as to trace the contours. When finished, click on the button Next.
Wait a few moments for the two images to be processed and in the main window of the program you will finally see the final result appear. If you find that the second superimposed face is positioned incorrectly, use the commands (and the sliders below) that you find on the right side of FaceSwapper to make the necessary adjustments. You can adjust its inclination, size, etc.
After making any last adjustments, click on the menu File at the top left, select Save picturethen Continue and choose the location on your computer to save the image in JPG format. If you prefer to share the photo with the two faces combined with your friends, choose the voice Send pciture from the menu File and send it by e-mail.
