If, on the other hand, you have the first generation AirPods, you must first associate Siri with the function Double tap AirPods. To do this, log back into Settings iOS / iPadOS, select the item Bluetoothtap on the icon (the) related to your AirPods, select the option of your interest among Left And right and, in the new screen that appears, put the check mark next to the item Siri.
Once this is done, to change song with Siri, double-tap on the AirPod associated with this function and pronounce one of the commands available among “Change song”, “Next track” And “Play [titolo canzone]”.

After connecting the AirPods Pro to your iPhone, iPad or Mac, all you need to do to change songs is press the pressure sensor twice (located on the bottom of each AirPod), to skip to the next song playback, or press it to three times to listen to the song preceding the one currently playing.
Also, with a single touch of the sensor in question, you can play and pause audio content while saying the command “Hey Siri”, you can call up Siri and ask to skip to a specific song or increase / decrease the volume. How to change songs with AirPods on Android
How do you say? Would you change song with AirPods on Android? If so, if you have the AirPods Proyou can skip to the next or previous track from the one being played by pressing, respectively, twice And three times on the pressure sensor, as I indicated in the previous paragraphs.
As for the First and second generation AirPodsinstead, the function Double tap AirPods it cannot be activated and customized from the Android settings and, as a result, it is not possible to start music playback, change songs and invoke the voice assistant.
That said, if you have an iPhone / iPad or a Mac available, you can connect the AirPods to the Apple device in your possession and, from Settings of the latter, activate the function Double tap AirPodschoosing which option to pair with each AirPod between Previous track, Next track And Play / Pause. Once this is done, all you have to do is connect the AirPods to the Android phone and double tap the single AirPod to change the song.
Finally, I would like to point out that on Android it is not possible to call up the voice assistant (in this case Google Assistant) by double-tapping the single AirPod, even if the function in question was previously activated by the iPhone / iPad.
