On the web page that opens, click on the button Edit to change the e-mail address of an already blocked contact or click on the button add to block a new e-mail address and presses the button OK to save the changes.

For report a message as spamconnected first to the TIM Mail login pagelog in to your Alice account (if you have not already done so) and, in the screen related to Incoming mailselect the message you want to move to junk by ticking the appropriate box.

Now, click on the entry Spam placed a little higher (always in the “Inbox” screen) and, in the box that appears on the screen, click on the button OK to move the message to spam.

If you accidentally moved a message to spam, click on the entry Spam located under the heading Folders (in the left menu) to open the screen containing unwanted messages, locate the email in question and select it by ticking the appropriate box.

Next, click on the entry No spam located a little higher (still in the “Spam” screen) and click on the button OK located in the box that appears on the screen to move the message to the “Inbox”.

Set up Alice Mail filters

Another defense tool you can use for block unwanted emails on Alice are the filtersthanks to which you can move to a predefined folder or, alternatively, delete or send to another email address, all those messages that meet the criteria you decide to set and which, in fact, act as a filter.

In the menu that appears laterally on the left, click on the item Filters and, in the box Create filtersclick the button add to add a new filter to your email.

On the page that opens, indicate in the field Filter name the name you want to give to the filter you are about to create and type in the field Description the type of action linked to the latter. In the section Criteriaselect one of the options in the drop-down menu located next to the item Search field to set the “source” from which the filter must take the keyword to identify the message to be blocked (eg. Field A:; From; Object; etc.); type the keyword in the appropriate field and select one of the choices placed in the drop-down menu next to the item Options to set the filter criterion. If you want to add more than one criterion, click on the button Add criterion and repeat the operations I just indicated.

In the section ActionInstead, set the action linked to the filter you are creating. Then select one of the options located in the drop-down menu for to shift in another folder the message that matches the criteria set in the “Criteria” section, for forward it to an alternate mailing address, for delete it permanently or for reject it directly.

If you want to add more than one action to your filter, click on the button Add action and repeat the operations I just indicated. As soon as you have finished editing the criteria and actions that make up your filter, click on the button OK located at the bottom of the form.

The filter you created earlier will be listed in the section Filters of your account and you can modify or delete it at any time by selecting it and clicking on the button Edit or Delete (depending on the operation you want to carry out) and confirming your intention with a click on the button OK.
