Well, succeeding is not at all difficult: you have to go to the privacy settings of the photos of your interest and select the option that allows you to show them only to those who are among your friends on the famous social network. Here is all explained in detail.

To block “non-friends” from viewing photos on Facebook from smartphones and tablets , proceed as follows.

To act on the photos published as a post , first start the official app of the social network on your Android or iOS / iPadOS device , log in to your account and go to your profile, pressing on  your photo  placed next to the wording  What are you thinking about? . Next, tap on the Photos tab  , located under the cover image, select the photo whose privacy you want to change and hold your finger on it for a couple of seconds.

Select, therefore, the entry  Edit privacy of the post  from the opened menu and, on the next screen, put the check mark next to the Friends option  ; then tap on the End item located at the top right, to end the operation.

If you have not yet published a photo and you want to change its privacy settings before posting it on your profile, just open the first drop-down menu  located under your name (in the post creation screen) and select the word Friends in the screen that opened . Then, publish the photo by pressing the appropriate share button. The chosen privacy option will, of course, also be automatically applied to the posts you publish in the future.

Using the procedure just seen, you can change the privacy of individual photos. If you want to act on an entire album, on the other hand, after going to your profile, tap on the Album tab  , press the name of the album you want to act on, press on the symbol  (…) located at the top right and, in the screen opened, tap on the words  All (or, in any case, on the item corresponding to the privacy option in use), select the Friends option and, then, save the changes made by pressing the appropriate item at the top right.

As for the photos published in the form of stories , on the other hand, tap on the  Your Story box , present in the main screen of the Facebook app, then on the symbol (…)  at the top right and select the item Change the privacy of the story on the opened menu. Then presses on the word Friends , then on the Edit item and that’s it: the story will be shown only to those who are your friends on Facebook and the change will also affect the stories you publish in the future.

Do you want to customize the privacy option of a story when it is created? In this case, tap on the (+) Create a story box on the main screen of the Facebook app and, after selecting the photo to be published, press the wheel icon at the bottom left; then select the Friends item in the screen that opened and confirm the operation if necessary, by pressing the Edit item in the box that appears on the screen.
